At PLC Masters Our logistics policy is designed to ensure efficient and secure delivery of products to our global customers. Here are the key aspects of our logistics arrangements:

Shipping Methods:
We partner with reputable carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, and BRE to ensure that orders are delivered safely and on time. If you have an account with any of these carriers, we can arrange delivery through your preferred provider. Additionally, we offer free delivery to Chinese freight forwarders.

Delivery Time:
We strive to expedite the shipping process to minimize delays. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after receiving payment. For orders with a quoted delivery time, we adhere to the timeframe specified in the quote.

Warranty:
All our products come with a standard one-year warranty for new and original items. This warranty ensures that our customers receive high-quality products and can purchase with confidence.

Payment Terms:
We accept 100% T/T (bank transfer) payment before shipment. For items with a lead time, a 30% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining 70% balance payable before shipment. Customers with agents in China can contact us to discuss RMB transfer options.

Our logistics operations are based in Xiamen and Hong Kong, China, leveraging our strategic locations and robust network to streamline the shipping process.
